Hearin Lumber Company does not have a process for the collection of state or local sales tax. In such, the collection of sales tax is the responsibility of the retailer. In order to assure compliance with State of Florida commerce laws, any company wishing to establish a purchasing agreement must possess a current year Florida Department of Revenue Annual Resale Certificate.
